We are thrilled to announce that Pediatric Urgent Care – La Gran Plaza, an urgent care center for children in South Fort Worth (located at the La Gran Plaza Mall), has now joined Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care! Our team has been working hard to make this happen and we’re proud and excited to welcome the La Gran team to the Little Spurs family. We want to thank our employees, patients, and community partners for their support as we complete this transition. What insurances do you accept?

We accept most major insurances, including Tricare, Cook Children’s Medicaid, and BlueCross BlueShield. A full list can be found here.

What to expect?

If this is your first time coming to Little Spurs, please be sure to bring a valid ID and your current insurance card. We do not have toys in our waiting rooms (oh so many germs!). We always have children’s shows on and books and magazines are available.

Where are you located?

We know we are a little tough to find! At the La Gran Plaza Mall, looks for us on the northwest corner, across the parking lot from Fiesta Mart. There is a tall 7-story building and we are on the bottom floor (next to Mall Entrance #4 & State Farm). Thank you!
